Hello! We’re Kerry and Ryan Johnston, and we can’t wait to work with you to finance your dream home! Since 2018 and 2021 respectively, we’ve both helped hundreds of families across N.C.’s Gaston County, Mecklenburg County, and Triad areas, as well as S.C.’s York County, but now, we’re officially working as a team!

It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-time or move-up buyer, our goal is always the same. We want to help you build wealth through real estate. And if you’re an investor, we have experience in that field, too! We have three short-term rental properties in High Point, N.C., and we own our own company called Johnston Escapes. We’ve accrued quite a bit of knowledge on investment spaces, and not just when it comes to loans. We can breakdown the logistics that go into owning short-term rentals, should you be interested.

So, why work with us? Well, it’s a two-for-one deal! What a bargain! All kidding aside, we’re accessible. When one of us isn’t available, the other one always is. And we enjoy learning and staying up to date on guidelines so we can prepare our clients thoroughly to take on the lending process.

Plus, we have an incredible team behind the scenes here at Atlantic Bay supporting us. Every client is our top priority because we truly and genuinely care. We treat our clients and realtor professionals like family!

We’re members of the Gaston Business Association, and Kerry loves to stay involved with the YMCA of Gaston County by teaching classes and assisting their outreach efforts. When we aren’t working, you can find us spending time with our three kids, Caleb, Cora, and our baby Carly Rose, and walking our two dogs, Bailey and Stella. We’re an active family that loves the outdoors and traveling. Ryan is a sports fanatic, and Kerry loves a good book!
